January 2025 Release
When scanning a business card to add a contact, you can now choose to add a new address for an existing company, a new company, or add it as a personal address. Refer to Create New Person Contact to learn more.
Previous Releases
- November 2024: Add new address for new/existing company while creating person contact: Users are now able to add new addresses for existing or new companies for person contacts directly within the contact creation process. Create person contacts and seamlessly add company information, including new addresses, without the need to switch screens or revisit the process later, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
- September 2024: When adding a new company on the mobile app, users are now able to add the address for the company created. This enhancement improves data completeness and efficiency, allowing users to capture all necessary details in one go, leading to more accurate records and reducing the need for follow-up tasks.
- August 2024: Edit contact fields such as last name, job title or phone number within the app.
- July 2024: Various UI enhancements are now visible including an updated look and navigation experience on the Contact Overview page and an update to the main menu
with a link to the Answer Center.
- June 2024: Once a user scans a business card in the app and saves the contact information, notes will automatically populate with the information of the date and person who created the Contact through the mobile business card scan.

Now in the mobile app when users add a contact on the Add Person screen, it will automatically suggest existing company associations that are in the InterAction+ database using the company name that is entered in the email address domain. This enhancement saves you time when adding contacts by connecting them to existing company records. It also helps maintain data quality by reducing duplicate company entries. - April 2024: My Contacts Advanced Search Filter - Users are now able to search or filter Contacts by Company name in the mobile app in order to quickly identify and connect with Contacts within a specific Organization
- March 2024: User Interface Refresh - Easily select the desired option when calling or emailing a contact from the User Overview screen.
- February 2024: Business Card QR Code Scanning - You can now scan a QR Code to add a new contact.
- January 2024: Search Experience Enhancement - Use the search bar on the Welcome screen to quickly search for Firm Contacts.
