By default, your Preferred Activity Types will match those set up by an administrator in InterAction+ for Outlook 365. Refer to the InterAction+™ for Microsoft Outlook 365 Answer Center for more information.
- Click
to open the main menu and select Settings.
- Tap the Use Firm Settings for Preferred Activity Types toggle to turn it off.
- Tap Preferred Activity types. A list will display.
- Select your preferred Activity types and save your changes. The Activity types you selected will display on your Activities and will sync up with IA 365.
